This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and refresh product listings on Shopify for two online stores.
• Clean and standardize product data, encompassing weights, descriptions, images, and variants.
• Develop and enhance product listings with precise meta titles and descriptions.
• Prepare and implement bulk product uploads using spreadsheets and CSV files.
• Assist with ongoing product uploads from new supplier inventory and communicate with suppliers for details.
• Detect and rectify duplicate or inconsistent listings across both websites.
• Address customer emails and manage online chat support within designated timeframes.
• Resize and optimize product images for website use while generating SEO-friendly alt text.
• Monitor website listings for errors, missing information, or out-of-stock situations.
• Aid in category organization, website merchandising, and seasonal product updates.
• Upload and arrange invoices or stock documentation.
• Support with basic competitor and pricing research in addition to general eCommerce tasks.
• At least 2 years of experience with Shopify in a similar eCommerce position.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in product formatting.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills with a warm and friendly communication style.
• Intermediate proficiency in using spreadsheets and managing CSV files for bulk data uploads.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, including meta descriptions and image alt tags.
• Experience with Canva or basic image editing tools for resizing and website optimization.
• Ability to work independently, adhere to established procedures, and demonstrate a collaborative attitude.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in children's retail, boutique, or toy brands.
• Prior experience using ChatGPT or AI tools for content assistance.
• Experience managing multi-store Shopify environments.
