eCommerce Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee reporting systems — develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards in Google Sheets to monitor revenue, conversion rates, advertising efficiency, and catalog health across various client accounts.

• Construct financial models — generate 12-month sales forecasts, conduct budget-versus-actual variance analysis, scenario modeling, and assess promotional impacts for events such as Prime Day and Black Friday.

• Evaluate performance data — analyze metrics including revenue, units sold, conversion rate, ROAS, average selling price, and cost per acquisition to discern trends, highlight risks, and suggest actionable steps.

• Assist with catalog and listing operations — ensure product data accuracy, resolve listing issues, and collaborate on promotional calendars with Brand Managers.

• Design and enhance internal processes — develop SOPs, automate repetitive workflows using advanced formulas or scripts, and continuously seek improvements in our operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be comfortable working within the **AEST timezone (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT)** and managing tasks autonomously.

• Must possess a **reliable internet connection, stable power source, and an appropriate laptop or desktop** for remote work.

• Must have **recent hands-on experience (within the last 3 months)** utilizing advanced spreadsheet functions such as:

• - XLOOKUP

• - VLOOKUP

• - INDEX/MATCH

• - QUERY

• - FILTER

• Must have **experience creating a financial or inventory forecast or budget from the ground up** (not limited to modifying existing files).

• Must possess **strong analytical reasoning abilities** — capable of evaluating unfamiliar datasets, identifying crucial insights, and determining actionable next steps.
