This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Gather and analyze quoting data for pre-owned handbags
• Create and prepare product listings for the website
• Enter data and manage invoicing through Xero
• Draft emails for customer communication
• Accurately maintain and update internal spreadsheets
• Support with various administrative tasks as directed
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar position
• Previous involvement in an E-commerce business is advantageous
• Knowledge of current technologies such as MS Outlook/Office, CRM, and RMS
• Strong analytical, interpretive, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to communicate directly and proactively regarding any concerns
• Unmatched attention to detail and precision in work
• Strong efficiency, punctuality, and organizational skills in task completion
• A fully equipped home office (desktop/laptop, headset, stable internet connection, and webcam)
