• Act as the primary liaison for the eCOA vendor, Sponsor, and global study team members.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and timelines in relation to study assessments.
• Engage in negotiations with the eCOA vendor and sponsor concerning the scope of work (SOW) for eCOA.
• Analyze and recognize study trends, working proactively with the eCOA vendor and study team to meet specific study requirements.
• Perform risk assessments regarding delays in vendor deliverables, and the availability of materials, equipment, and translations.
• Accountable for reviewing and liaising with the vendor about system change control, project closeout, and database lock processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Science.
• At least two years of experience in eCOA and clinical trials.
• A minimum of two years of experience in project management.
• Strong leadership skills with a good understanding of policies and procedures.
• Exceptional time management and project management abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of operational elements concerning Phase I-IV clinical research trials.
• Familiarity with SOPs and ICH/GCP/regulatory guidelines.
