This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Support the team in daily marketing, business development, growth, and product operations for Liquid Staking, On-Chain Yields, and Simple Earn.
• Organize and oversee campaign schedules, ensuring comprehensive execution from start to finish.
• Investigate marketing collaboration possibilities with external partners, key opinion leaders, VIPs, local markets, and various channels.
• Work in collaboration with large cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of products and the execution of growth plans.
• Analyze and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product growth efforts using data-driven insights.
• Manage regional amplification, VIP Earn initiatives, protocol partnerships, and development pipelines from start to finish.
• Serve as the Direct Responsible Person (DRP) or Point of Contact (POC) for ecosystem protocols and partners on growth initiatives and major partnership agreements related to the Earn portfolio.
• Regularly devise marketing and growth strategies with the team to boost Total Value Locked (TVL) for Liquid Staking, On-Chain Yields, and Simple Earn.
• Assist in monitoring and resolving issues related to Liquid Staking, On-Chain Yields, and Simple Earn by coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to growth initiatives by analyzing local market dynamics, observing competitors, and pinpointing opportunities to enhance regional presence and maintain competitiveness.
• Guarantee impeccable execution and accountability in campaigns, growth initiatives, partnerships, and transitions—prioritizing execution discipline while embracing creativity.
• Being well-versed in DeFi, Crypto, and Web3 with a strong business acumen and a proactive approach to researching industry insights is essential for this position.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product growth, marketing, business development, or operations within the crypto, DeFi, or related domains.
• A proven history of independently executing campaigns and growth initiatives on both global and local scales.
• Experience working collaboratively across large teams and managing partner relationships is required.
• Familiarity with and understanding of Binance’s Core Values is necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accountability—errors and overlooked handovers can have significant business consequences in this role.
• Willingness to accept feedback and a strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Flawless execution and follow-through are critical—while creative ideas are encouraged, they must be supported by consistent execution.
• Take full ownership of tasks and outcomes, not merely inputs. A self-learning mindset and the ability to work independently and resolve issues comprehensively as the DRP/POC.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting requirements based on market and business needs—a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
• Highly organized and adept at working across different time zones while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent logical reasoning, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and quick to learn.
• Strong enthusiasm and understanding of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 products, platforms, and ecosystems—familiarity with the DeFi and Binance ecosystem is required.
