This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Coordinates and arranges schedules for candidates participating in various selection process activities, including assessments, interviews, and onsite visits.
• Manages the pre-employment processing of new hires, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed.
• Prepares offer letters and facilitates background and reference checks.
• Maintains candidate files and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Leads auxiliary postings for the internal recruitment team and collaborates on the requirements for open positions.
• Generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports while coordinating schedules and meetings.
• Produces daily reports on candidate and recruiter activities.
• Monitors candidate progress and updates dispositions in the applicant tracking system.
• Performs general office duties such as addressing candidate and recruiter inquiries, filing, copying, and data entry.
• 1-2 years of experience in office administration, preferably within an HR or staffing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to completing projects promptly.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• In-depth understanding of, and commitment to, confidentiality requirements.
• Capability to analyze and refine operational practices to enhance efficiency.
