Early Careers Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive recruitment process for various roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and support with offers.

• Identify candidates through a diverse range of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach efforts.

• Evaluate resumes and perform initial candidate assessments to gauge basic role suitability, motivation, and communication skills.

• Organize interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate feedback collection with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Keep precise and current candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and consistency in processes.

• Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process enhancements as the team expands, focusing on candidate experience and employer branding efforts.

• Assist in maintaining a well-organized, responsive hiring operation that operates efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or similar fields (recent graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.

• A proactive, learning-focused attitude and willingness to accept feedback.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively and follow through consistently.
