EAP Pre-sessional Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and conduct structured, engaging EAP lessons in an online format.

• Instruct students in all four language skills.

• Evaluate student submissions using SELT-aligned scoring for levels B2–C1.

• Deliver thoughtful feedback within the specified turnaround times.

• Keep precise records and adhere to administrative deadlines.

• Promptly report any student issues to the Programme Manager.

• Enhance the provided curriculum and tailor delivery to the strengths and challenges of the cohort.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree in EAP, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or a closely related discipline.

• A recognized ELT teaching qualification.

• Minimum of two years' experience in delivering EAP at a UK university.

• Direct experience with Chinese L1 learners is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the SELT question formats and scoring aligned with B2–C1.

• Strong reliability in administration and timely communication.
