This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborating with business leaders to prioritize the scope of transformation initiatives.
• Developing strategies that enhance processes, improve efficiency, and deliver business value throughout the silicon and optics supply chains.
• Utilizing advanced analytics to reveal insights, forecast trends, and enhance supply chain performance.
• Contributing to the advancement of Cisco's component supply chain.
• Converting business strategies into actionable plans and quantifiable results.
• Mentoring and guiding team members to foster skills in business architecture methodologies and tools.
• Defining, communicating, and upholding business capability models, business process flows, and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborating with business owners to prioritize business capabilities and transformation initiatives that generate value and competitive advantage.
• Establishing governance and metrics to oversee the progress and impact of business architecture activities.
• Leading workshops and design thinking sessions to identify business challenges and create innovative solutions.
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and capabilities.
• Over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with practical experience in at least three of the following areas: Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Forward & Reverse Logistics, Quality, Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Lifecycle Management.
• More than 5 years of experience in business architecture, business transformation, or a related field driving large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience in leading systems implementations and/or integrations.
• Proficiency in business process design, flow optimization, and automation.
• In-depth understanding of the semiconductor supply chain, its dynamics, and industry-specific technologies.
• Experience collaborating with Foundry, OSAT, EMS, and 3PL partners to enable and scale the supply chain.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills at both operational and executive levels.
• Background in Project Management, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in transforming Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP.
