E-discovery Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare and manage electronically stored information (ESI) for review on legal platforms.

• Handle sensitive client information pertaining to litigation, analytics, and hosted reviews.

• Support and oversee multiple databases and projects while adhering to strict security and confidentiality protocols.

• Migrate data to secure online platforms utilized by legal teams.

• Troubleshoot processing and database issues until a complete resolution is reached.

• Verify data accuracy and ensure all client and project specifications are fulfilled.

• Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and progress smoothly.

• Meet deadlines and ensure that data deliverables are precise and of high quality.

• Stay informed about eDiscovery standards, tools, and technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as an eDiscovery Analyst (experience in a law firm or with eDiscovery vendors is advantageous).

• Proficient English communication and comprehension skills.

• Programming or technical experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Comfortable working night shifts (weekends off).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to resolve issues thoroughly.
