This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Address customer queries concerning orders, returns, refunds, and shipping.
• Utilize AI tools to aid in drafting responses and categorizing tickets.
• Oversee high-volume support queues through email and chat channels.
• Guarantee precise and compassionate communication with customers.
• Maintain and update customer and order information in support and e-commerce systems.
• Recognize recurring issues and report trends to the wider team.
• Prior experience in providing customer support within an e-commerce setting.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance written communication with customers.
• Remote work experience is essential, including proficiency with remote collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and familiarity with US or UK-based companies; applications lacking this experience will not be reviewed.
