E-commerce, Shopify Manager

📋 Description

• Product development - from initial concept to SKU assignment; evaluate pricing, upload images, verify categories, types, collections, tags, metafields, and metadescriptions.

• Assess product and site readiness for launch (including channels, listings, etc.).

• Manage product architecture projects - rectify costs, tags, product types, and metafields.

• Modify prices, tags, and collections on a monthly basis.

• Revise language and designs for each launch.

• Generate Purchase Orders in Shopify when orders are placed.

• Conduct daily reviews in Gorgias for customer service concerns.

• Input email content into Klaviyo as instructed.

• Establish collections in Shopify for wholesale brandboom/Faire synchronization and dropship synchronization.

• Create Return Authorizations or supervise customer service inquiries on MiraklAssist.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related fields.

• Background in content, product, and inventory management.

• Familiarity with SEO and understanding of non-technical SEO best practices.

• Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).

• Strong copywriting and editing capabilities.

• Experience using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Understanding of CSS media queries.
