E-commerce Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and recruit e-commerce professionals for companies based in the U.S.

• Oversee the entire recruiting cycle, from job intake and candidate outreach to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.

• Establish and sustain robust talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and additional sourcing platforms.

• Create and implement sourcing strategies customized for various e-commerce roles (including Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, Tech, Customer Experience).

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical competencies, cultural alignment, and commercial awareness.

• Collaborate with the People & Compliance team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process and documentation.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and deliver regular updates regarding hiring progress and pipeline health.

• Remain informed about e-commerce hiring trends, high-demand roles, and compensation benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting for e-commerce or digital business roles within U.S.-based companies.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce roles, including E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations positions.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requisitions and clients concurrently.

• Practical experience with ATS platforms (preferably Workable) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is an advantage).

• Willingness to work full-time during U.S. business hours (PST overlap is necessary).
