This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conduct daily assessments of account health and ASINs, addressing issues proactively to prevent escalation.
• Manage case processes: initiate, monitor, escalate, and resolve cases with Seller Support.
• Oversee listing health by resolving suppressed, stranded, and flagged listings within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Keep track of Buy Box irregularities, enforce Brand Registry policies, and manage seller feedback effectively.
• Develop and sustain SEO-optimized product listings including titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all materials comply with Amazon's requirements.
• Administer A/B testing through Amazon MYE: initiate, supervise, analyze, and report findings.
• Maintain the Amazon Brand Store while ensuring uniformity of content across various platforms.
• Create and oversee inbound FBA shipments across the US, CA, and UK.
• Monitor shipments throughout the process, reconcile any discrepancies, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Keep a daily watch on inventory levels, identifying potential risks before stockouts happen.
• Provide a detailed Monday report by 9AM EST that includes account health, inventory status, open cases, A/B tests, customer experience metrics, and the creative pipeline overview.
• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, including FBA, listing suspensions, case management, and crisis resolution.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to handle operational crises effectively.
• Exceptional written English skills for creating reports, case notes, and engaging with customers.
• Keen attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a sense of accountability.
• Availability to work overlapping hours until 12:00 EST, Monday to Friday.
