This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise and manage customer orders through both the website and phone, guaranteeing 100% accuracy.
• Verify order specifics, invoices, and pricing to prevent errors.
• Organize and schedule deliveries in collaboration with logistics and delivery partners.
• Evaluate order and delivery expenses to spot inefficiencies and suggest enhancements.
• Deliver top-notch customer support, which includes addressing inquiries, handling sales calls, and offering product recommendations.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Manage and enhance the online product catalog, covering product listings, categories, and the overall presentation of the website.
• Ensure that product information is accurate, current, and consistent across all platforms.
• Spot opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Execute automation solutions for order processing and backend operations.
• Oversee AI-driven tools and prompts to ensure accuracy and efficiency in:
• Order management
• Product updates
• Customer interactions
• Track key operational metrics and compile performance reports.
• Identify trends, emphasize areas for enhancement, and apply data-driven solutions.
• Prepare quotations and other sales-related documentation.
• At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics, or online operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing eCommerce platforms and digital workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in order processing, invoicing, and pricing accuracy.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
• Proficient with eCommerce platforms, Xero, and other digital tools.
• Experience with eBay or other online marketplaces is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills, dependability, and the flexibility to start early if necessary.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

• Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or Construction.
