E-commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the three-year merchandise strategy, which includes expanding into Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

• Manage the daily operations of the online stores.

• Handle store merchandising, site navigation, and commercial optimization.

• Evaluate store performance and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Enhance conversion rates, average order value (AOV), checkout processes, and overall customer purchasing experiences.

• Implement quarterly campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager from both operational and commercial viewpoints.

• Oversee supplier relationships, project timelines, and manufacturing processes.

• Supervise logistics, fulfillment, and inventory management.

• Manage product costing, pricing, and profit margin analysis in conjunction with the Finance team.

• Continuously enhance operational efficiency, supplier performance, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Supervise the Customer Experience Representative and Special Projects Coordinator.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or a related field.

• A strong passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, without compromise.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon and Shopify platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on execution.

• Comfortable working across various functions and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
