This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of the complete process for identifying, investigating, and reclaiming value from inventory discrepancies across Amazon accounts.
• Emphasize management of unfulfillable inventory while addressing lost & damaged claims, overseeing inbound reconciliation, resolving stranded inventory, and executing reimbursement recovery.
• Daily monitor and manage reports related to unfulfillable inventory within Amazon Seller Central.
• Categorize unfulfillable units according to disposition type and manage removal orders or disposal requests accordingly.
• Determine which units are suitable for regrading or returning to a sellable state.
• Keep precise records of unfulfillable unit counts and trends.
• Develop and sustain dashboards or trackers to report on unfulfillable inventory key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify lost and damaged inventory at fulfillment centers by utilizing reports.
• Submit and monitor claims with Amazon for lost or damaged items.
• Reconcile quantities shipped against those received by Amazon for inbound shipments.
• Review stranded inventory reports and pinpoint root causes to reactivate stranded units.
• Examine reimbursement reports to uncover unclaimed reimbursements.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in managing Amazon FBA inventory operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central).
• Proven experience with workflows related to unfulfillable inventory, removal orders, and disposition management.
• Proficient in using Amazon's FBA inventory reports, reconciliation tools, and Seller Support case management.
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets—capable of creating and maintaining reconciliation trackers and exception logs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases and SKUs at the same time.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
• Excellent written communication skills in English—able to compose clear Seller Support cases and internal status updates.
• Preferred experience utilizing third-party reimbursement or audit tools (e.g., GETIDA, Helium 10, Seller Investigators).
• Knowledge of Amazon's reimbursement policies and claim timelines for FBA lost, damaged, and inbound shipment claims.
• Experience managing multiple seller accounts or working in an agency/managed services environment.
• Background in eCommerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience in creating SOPs or process documentation for inventory exception workflows.
