This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive research on each brand, including its products, clientele, competitors, and market landscape.
• Gain insights into customer challenges, desired results, objections, and purchasing motivations.
• Discover innovative creative approaches and testing possibilities.
• Create compelling hooks, headlines, advertising concepts, and messaging strategies.
• Draft clear briefs for static advertisements, videos, and various creative formats.
• Articulate the audience, message, concept, and visual direction in each brief effectively.
• Analyze advertising performance and discern patterns across different angles, hooks, formats, and target audiences.
• Comprehend the factors contributing to creative success or underperformance.
• Suggest enhancements, new concepts, and future testing based on performance analysis.
• Monitor tested ideas to prevent redundancy.
• Oversee multiple brands, briefs, revisions, and deadlines efficiently.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, media buyers, and account managers.
• Remain informed about advertising trends while ensuring ideas remain pertinent to each brand.
• Prior experience in creative strategy, e-commerce marketing, advertising, or a comparable role.
• Proven experience in developing concepts for paid social advertising.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to comprehend diverse customer profiles and tailor writing for various audiences.
• Proficient in transforming insights into concise, actionable briefs.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and making strategic recommendations.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and dependable in meeting deadlines.
• Open to constructive feedback and effective collaboration within a team.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
• Knowledgeable about CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Experience with Shopify or Amazon products.
• Nice to have: familiarity with direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
• Nice to have: experience with Meta advertising.
• Nice to have: background in creating static and video concepts.
