This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes, coordinating with warehouses, shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx), and monitoring deliveries.
• Address e-commerce customer service inquiries, including issues related to orders, returns, and claims with shipping carriers.
• Assist with shipments for wholesale and B2B clients, ensuring deliveries are timely and accurate.
• Work alongside the operations team to enhance processes and boost efficiency.
• Proactively identify potential issues and resolve them independently to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Uphold high standards of data accuracy within order management systems.
• Aid in the implementation of new tools or platforms to improve e-commerce operations and enhance customer experience.
• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce fulfillment and customer service positions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities; adept at managing various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable taking initiative and operating independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Shopify, warehouse management systems, and shipping logistics is advantageous.
