E-Commerce Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Advise clients on trends in the E-Commerce sector and provide strategic insights.

• Transform data and observations into engaging insights that highlight growth opportunities.

• Offer customized, persuasive solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement integrated solutions.

• Stay updated on current retail trends.

• Build and sustain strategic relationships with stakeholders.

• Achieve or surpass sales objectives through effective pipeline management.

• Ensure client satisfaction by proactively resolving challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with E-Commerce market trends and their application in the CPG retail sector.

• Capability to build strong relationships and establish credibility with various stakeholder groups (both internal and client-facing).

• Demonstrated success in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

• Familiarity with Unify and Circana data resources.

• Openness to adopting new technologies and utilizing innovative solutions.

• Proven ability to use data creatively to address client challenges, including conducting cause/effect analyses.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
