E Commerce Designer, Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Create designs for apparel, accessories, and various merchandise utilizing Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.

• Develop and list products for sale on platforms such as Wix, Amazon, and Printful.

• Oversee product listings to ensure they are visually appealing, accurate, and optimized for search engine visibility.

• Design and manage the Wix website, applying SEO best practices to enhance traffic and conversion rates.

• Strategize and execute social media marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.

• Monitor analytics, engagement, and sales data to refine marketing efforts and product effectiveness.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and assets.

• Work in collaboration with fulfillment partners to guarantee efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce design and management.

• Proficient graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications.

• Familiarity with Wix website design, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and print-on-demand services like Printful.

• Understanding of SEO best practices and website content management systems.

• Experience in social media marketing, particularly with Instagram and Facebook.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple projects at once.

• Creative thinker with strong visual branding abilities.

• Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft tools, and email marketing platforms.

• Background in paid advertising and influencer marketing.

• Basic understanding of HTML or customizations on Wix.
