Senior Digital Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated accounts, ensuring overall client satisfaction and retention.

• Spot strategic opportunities, risks, and avenues for growth within client portfolios.

• Facilitate critical client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews.

• Handle escalations and navigate intricate client scenarios.

• Develop and lead comprehensive digital strategy plans, encompassing channel mix recommendations, audience strategies, and program roadmaps.

• Create and manage multi-channel budgets along with revenue forecasts.

• Integrate email, conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital media, and texting into cohesive programs.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Pod Managers and internal RKD teams.

• Align internal teams with client priorities, scope, timelines, and objectives.

• Identify and address bottlenecks in the fulfillment process.

• Mentor and support Coordinators in their daily tasks.

• Provide constructive feedback on work quality and enhance team capabilities.

• Supervise performance analysis for digital programs and convert findings into client recommendations.

• Advocate for a test-and-learn culture, applying insights to future strategies.

• Monitor performance trends at the portfolio level and alert leadership to potential risks or opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or managing agency accounts.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate client relationships and multi-channel digital initiatives.

• Strong skills in budget management.

• Proficient in strategic planning.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members.

• An advanced degree is an advantage.
