This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and manage the high-volume Zendesk email support queue.
• Process customer orders efficiently.
• Manage product returns and exchanges effectively.
• Classify support tickets by issue for operational insights.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (mid-level, capable of working independently).
• Previous experience with Zendesk (mandatory).
• Previous experience with Gorgias (mandatory).
• Previous experience with Shopify (mandatory).
