E-commerce Business Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the setup and implementation of critical business initiatives, such as Seller Mission, Seller Assignment, Seller Commitment, Creator Mission, Creator Commission, and other programs related to sellers and creators.

• Gather, compile, and verify business requirements along with configuration data from relevant stakeholders.

• Develop configuration templates and ensure that all necessary information is thorough, precise, and submitted punctually.

• Collaborate with Business, Product, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to facilitate project launches and address configuration challenges.

• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps through effective tracking and documentation.

• Perform pre-launch and post-launch evaluations to confirm that configurations are executed accurately and pinpoint any necessary adjustments.

• Assist with data analysis and reporting to assess project outcomes and identify operational challenges or areas for improvement.

• Oversee multiple operational projects concurrently while ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Aid in the standardization and enhancement of configuration processes, templates, SOPs, and quality-control measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce, business operations, project management, data operations, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage extensive data sets with precision.

• Proven ability to collaborate across various teams and engage with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong project management abilities, with a track record of handling several projects and deadlines at the same time.

• Data-oriented and analytical, with expertise in Excel or other data-processing and analysis tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to recognize and address operational issues effectively.

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
