This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Evaluate e-commerce performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales trends to derive actionable insights.
• Collect, document, and manage business requirements from both internal and client stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and mechanisms for tracking KPIs.
• Track essential metrics, including conversion rate, average order value, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Partner with product and development teams to outline business requirements and user stories.
• Perform competitor analysis, conduct market research, and analyze the customer journey.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing processes and optimizing e-commerce strategies.
• Assist in A/B testing initiatives and evaluate results.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, economics, IT, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in an e-commerce setting.
• In-depth understanding of e-commerce business models and customer journeys.
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar web analytics platforms.
• Experience utilizing BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
