This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions throughout the organization.
• Establish comprehensive system architecture that integrates Dynamics with enterprise systems and external platforms.
• Create and manage ETL data processes for the movement and transformation of data across various systems.
• Proven experience with custom-coded applications utilizing .NET, C#, Azure, and contemporary development frameworks.
• Enhance Dynamics capabilities beyond low-code options through advanced customization, plugins, and integrations.
• Design architectures that support call center operations, including case management, omnichannel engagement, and telephony integrations.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise architecture standards.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clinical operations, and IT teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Set and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and system integration.
• Utilize cloud technologies to enhance experiences for patients, providers, and employees.
• Monitor system performance and continually refine architecture for optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Work in tandem with Engineering, Product, and Clinical Operations to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• At least 10 years of experience in designing and building enterprise software solutions.
• Extensive practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Call Center) and the Power Platform.
• Strong background in developing custom applications using .NET, C#, Azure services, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience with SSIS, Azure data factory, and other ETL platforms.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on complex implementations.
• Experience in designing or supporting call center or customer service platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud architecture, including services such as API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary software delivery methods.
• Preferred but not required: experience in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging at multiple organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven capability to adapt to shifting priorities.
