This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop diagnostics and assessments for business performance and processes.
• Analyze client business needs and facilitate design sessions focused on project-based business processes, encompassing all Supply Chain Management processes such as project-based time and expense tracking, sales & billing, and procurement.
• Configure, test, and provide training to customers on D365 PMA functionality, which includes project control, sales, billing, and procurement solution design.
• Document high-level requirements for discussion with developers to evaluate technical feasibility and provide time and delivery estimates.
• Create and test detailed functional designs (FDD’s) for business solution components and prototypes, particularly for:
• Project Management & Accounting (PMA) processes
• Supply Chain Management processes (including Sales and Procurement)
• Inventory Management processes
• Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and work towards a solution.
• Collaborate closely with technical team members during application build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Assist in or lead planning and execution of data conversion activities.
• Proactively manage test planning and execution.
• Possess personable and confident communication skills when interacting with clients.
• Take self-motivated ownership of assigned workstreams, demonstrating thoughtful leadership in addressing client requirements to design and implement solutions for specific processes and/or organizational changes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology-related field (BA/BS).
• Over 6 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Finance & Supply Chain/AX implementation or equivalent experience in Projects, Supply Chain/Warehouse/Manufacturing with full lifecycle implementation.
• Experience with a minimum of 5 complete end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Participation in the requirements gathering process for IT systems.
• Familiarity with at least one software development methodology.
• Proficient in Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
• Strong oral and written communication skills that are clear and concise.
• Ability to lead individuals, teams, and projects effectively.
• Understanding of business management principles and strategic evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
• Highly self-motivated with a consultative, client-oriented work philosophy.
• Capable of working independently while taking personal responsibility for assigned tasks, as well as collaborating effectively as part of a larger team.
