Dynamics 365 Practice Lead – CE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Take ownership of utilization, forecasting, and capacity planning to ensure the practice remains commercially viable.

• Establish and maintain delivery standards for top-quality solutions.

• Foster a robust and engaged team through effective hiring and coaching practices.

• Direct the approach and decision-making processes across various projects.

• Collaborate with the sales team to shape solutions and enhance estimates.

• Work in close partnership with sales, delivery, and managed services to enhance customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading a D365 CE practice.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

• Demonstrated success in team leadership and development.

• Proficient in utilization, forecasting, and capacity planning.

• Technical proficiency coupled with commercial insight.

• Capability to connect teams and dismantle silos.
