This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Oversee all facets of consulting, including presales support for the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and user training for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Offer expertise and comprehensive knowledge of the D365 F&O application by assessing the customer's business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.
• Responsible for documenting business requirements that outline the necessary actions a solution must perform and the expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather a complete set of requirements aligned with business objectives, ensuring a thorough understanding of both current and future business processes.
• Guide the customer through the decision-making process and create the functional design document that will lead the development efforts.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to customer resources to effectively use and manage the D365 F&O application.
• Coordinate with product vendors regarding any issues pertinent to our customers or the company’s services.
• Ensure technical aspects of projects adhere to required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to accommodate resource changes across projects.
• Act as a communication link between developers and clients.
• Accountable for Quality Assurance & Documentation.
• Provide production support as necessary.
• Work in collaboration with our Global teams.
• Continuously update knowledge on the latest features and technologies of D365 F&O.
• Proven experience as a subject matter expert in D365 F&O with comprehensive project implementation experience.
• Skilled in developing functional specifications for enhancements and integrations within D365 F&O.
• Experience in setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of D365 F&O solutions using best practices or Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of core D365 F&O modules.
• Proficiency in Japanese communication.
• Familiarity with best practices in their area of specialization or vertical.
• A technical background or understanding of programming concepts would be advantageous.
• Ability to produce high-quality functional documentation and possess strong skills in requirements gathering.
• Demonstrated logical problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to implementing changes in operational systems.
• Excellent business communication skills, complemented by effective presentation and demonstration capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in leading large, complex technology projects.
• Understanding of business intelligence, including Reporting and Analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers.
• Highly confident in providing support and training to users.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a diverse audience, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality solutions to customers.
