Dynamics 365 Developer – Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, encompassing both Sales and Customer Service functionalities.

• Design and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, client-side scripting, Dataverse customizations, Power Automate flows, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Platform solutions.

• Engage in solution deployments and manage environments effectively.

• Diagnose application defects and address production issues promptly.

• Create and sustain Power Pages portals that are integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365.

• Assist with web templates, page configurations, Liquid templates, JavaScript customizations, along with portal security and authentication measures.

• Enhance portal performance, usability, and accessibility.

• Take part in integration development and troubleshooting using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, and REST APIs.

• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and contribute to sprint activities.

• Work alongside Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and Senior Developers.

• Provide estimates of effort required for development tasks.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and deployment notes.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and reusable development assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable practical experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in software development.

• At least 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Microsoft Power Platform.

• Proficient in C# .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration principles.

• Familiarity with source control and software development lifecycle methodologies.

• Experience collaborating within Agile project teams.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada or the United States.

• Preferred Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.

• Experience with Power Pages, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Background in working for a Microsoft Partner or consulting firm is preferred.

• Experience supporting integrations with ERP, finance, or line-of-business systems is advantageous.
