Duty Lead – OD Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee live chat queues and patient workloads throughout assigned shifts.

• Ensure that Optometrists are present and following their scheduled shifts.

• Manage chat distribution to uphold service quality standards.

• Recognize workflow obstacles and raise operational issues as needed.

• Serve as the primary contact for operational inquiries during the shift.

• Conduct basic quality assessments on patient interactions.

• Monitor queue statistics, response times, and workload allocation.

• Keep shift logs and operational records updated.
