Dutch/English OPI/VRI Remote Interpreters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Suriname.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Ensure precise communication between non-English and English speakers throughout the calls.

• Deliver exclusive service across various sectors and maintain transparency during conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Possess knowledge of the specialized vocabulary relevant to the industry in which the interpreter operates, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, avoiding any additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Provide the utmost level of customer service during interpreting sessions.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by delivering accurate and complete interpretations of messages.

• Adhere to established standards of practice.

• Participate in internal professional training.

• Show enthusiasm for obtaining new professional certifications.

• Follow dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
