Dutch/English OPI/VRI Interpreters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming calls.

• Be prepared to take detailed notes during calls.

• Ensure accurate and complete interpretation, refraining from adding or omitting any messages.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while interpreting.

• Communicate and provide updates to the team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• Capability to interpret within the healthcare and medical sectors.

• Adherence to the Interpreter's code of ethics.

• Willingness to pursue additional professional certifications.

• Technical requirements: stable wired internet, specific computer system specifications, and a noise-canceling headset.
