Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming reservation inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat related to hotel bookings, travel itineraries, and accommodation options on the Booking.com platform.

• Support travelers with new reservations, alterations, cancellations, and special requests.

• Address customer complaints and travel-related issues, escalating more complex cases to senior teams as required.

• Offer information regarding properties, travel destinations, pricing structures, and platform policies.

• Collaborate with accommodation providers and travel partners to validate availability, confirm bookings, and resolve reservation discrepancies.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and reservation transactions within the internal CRM system.

• Remain informed about Booking.com product updates, travel industry trends, and destination knowledge.

• Achieve and surpass individual performance targets while contributing to the overall quality and efficiency goals of the reservations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A valid EU passport is required for eligibility to work and reside in Greece.

• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or a travel-related field is highly beneficial.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to handle a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Ability to confidently and accurately navigate digital platforms and CRM tools.
