• Provide outstanding customer service to clients who speak Dutch.
• Assist customers in arranging travel plans, including flights, lodging, and activities.
• Manage inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and effectively resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and travel bookings.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and travel partners to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about travel policies and best practices in customer service.
• Proficiency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; please include your nationality and native language in your application.
• Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in travel booking or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team environment.
