Dutch Speaking Customer Service – Fashion & Luxury Brand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients who speak Dutch.

• Address inquiries regarding fashion and luxury items, including orders and returns.

• Uphold a professional and welcoming demeanor while representing the luxury brand.

• Precisely record customer interactions to facilitate ongoing improvements.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Engage in training sessions to remain informed about product knowledge and brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Dutch and a B2-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Please specify your nationality and native language in your application.

• A strong dedication to providing top-notch customer service.

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the fashion or luxury industries, is advantageous but not required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
