• Provide exceptional customer service to clients who speak Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries about orders, resolve issues, and share product information.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry developments through continuous training.
• Native-level fluency in Dutch and B2-level fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Please specify your nationality and native language in your application.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred, but not essential.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time-management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home working setup.
• Must be currently residing in Greece and possess the authorization to work remotely.
