Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

• Provide assistance to customers through inbound calls and chat support.

• Help resolve issues related to login, payments, refunds, and subscription access.

• Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

• Collaborate with experienced mentors for guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be native or fluent in Dutch.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

• Capability to work effectively in a remote environment.
