Dutch Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

• Provide outstanding customer support to clients who speak Dutch.

• Address customer queries related to subscription management while effectively resolving any issues.

• Uphold a professional and compassionate demeanor when assisting customers.

• Accurately record all customer interactions to improve service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken, is required.

• Readiness to relocate to Greece is a prerequisite for this position.

• Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not a prerequisite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• A positive mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
