This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat from a remote environment.
• Aid logistics firms and drivers (vehicles exceeding 3.5 tons) with inquiries related to the toll system.
• Assist with the registration and onboarding procedures.
• Guide clients in the process of ordering and activating onboard units (devices).
• Address payment inquiries and manage debt communication issues.
• Ensure precise data entry and proper documentation.
• Facilitate revenue collection and processes related to service.
• Uphold service quality and compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level required).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (including weekends until 30/06/2026).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not essential.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
