
Dutch Customer Expert – Part- or Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat in a remote environment
• Assist logistics firms and drivers (vehicles exceeding 3.5 tons) with inquiries related to the toll system
• Facilitate registration and onboarding procedures
• Provide guidance to customers on how to order and activate onboard units (devices)
• Address payment questions and manage debt communication cases
• Ensure precise data entry and documentation
• Aid in revenue collection and service-related activities
• Uphold service quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level required)
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (including weekends until 30/06/2026)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer support is advantageous but not essential
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
