Dutch Customer Care Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients concerning airline booking inquiries and support.

• Aid customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and resolving issues.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and booking information.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

• Remain informed about airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations through ongoing training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1) and a strong command of English (B2), both spoken and written, is essential.

• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector, is beneficial.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully covered relocation package is available.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with professionalism and empathy.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
