• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
• Remain informed about airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations through ongoing training.
• Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1) and a strong command of English (B2), both spoken and written, is essential.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector, is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully covered relocation package is available.
