Driver Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate incoming applications from prospective drivers.

• Make and receive calls both outbound and inbound.

• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

• Perform background checks to accurately verify applicant credentials.

• Communicate with applicants to update them on their application status.

• Schedule successful candidates for New Hire Orientation sessions.

• Record all recruitment activities and application statuses in Tenstreet (ATS).

• Follow up with drivers post-orientation and after their hiring to ensure a seamless transition into their new roles.

• Provide weekly feedback regarding lead numbers and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with 2-4 years of experience in driver recruitment.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

• Highly organized and effective when under pressure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver timely and valuable customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and senior management.

• Proficient computer skills.
