Drafting Career Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Conduct a live, one-hour workshop each month.

• Address student inquiries regarding careers in architectural drafting and the job search process.

• Provide authentic insights into the realities of entry-level drafting positions.

• Explore tools, workflows, and expectations typically found in professional drafting settings.

• Offer optional one-on-one coaching for students who express interest.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional drafting experience within architectural, construction, or design firms.

• Proficient knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable drafting software.

• Familiarity with entry-level positions such as Architectural Drafter, CAD Technician, or Junior Designer.

• A passion for mentoring and assisting individuals transitioning into new careers.

• Excellent communication and instructional skills.

• Availability for at least three evenings each week, preferably from Tuesday to Thursday.
