This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Consistently meet and surpass tight deadlines while delivering high-quality drawings.

• Engage in daily communication with leadership regarding the status of assigned projects.

• Manage 6-8 projects simultaneously.

• Convert abstract design ideas into accurate, legally compliant construction documents.

• Maintain impeccable title blocks, scale notations, aligned annotations, and uniform dimension strings throughout all drawing sets.

• Ensure all drawings adhere to American building standards, local regulations, and state building codes.

• Accurately and efficiently incorporate client and team feedback and revisions.

• Work closely with homeowners, builders, and the design team during each project.

• Proactively recognize and highlight potential design or documentation challenges before they affect timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in AutoCAD LT and drafting within the imperial system.

• Ability to seamlessly convert abstract design concepts into accurate, legally compliant construction documents.

• Exceptional execution of title blocks, scale notations, aligned annotations, and highly consistent dimension strings.

• Strong comprehension of American building standards.

• Basic knowledge of local regulations and state building codes.

• Proactive and forward-thinking approach.

• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency.
