Door Fulfillment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.

📋 Description

• Transform door packages into Installation Jobs within one business day, with immediate conversion for same-day or next-day assignments.

• Assess jobs for completeness and accuracy, including purchase order location, materials list, billable hours, and scheduling specifics.

• Ensure orders correspond with the appropriate installation types, job classifications, and technician allocations.

• Generate and oversee purchase orders in ServiceTitan for doors, openers, and accessories.

• Liaise with vendors regarding product availability, lead times, and alternative options.

• Monitor door orders throughout the fulfillment and delivery process.

• Report shortages, delays, and material concerns to the Manager of Purchasing & Door Fulfillment.

• Handle warranty and recall requests within one business day.

• Manage cancellations by voiding purchase orders, updating Installation Jobs, and alerting the Torch Team for potential recovery attempts.

• Collaborate with scheduling teams to forecast material requirements and avert installation delays.

• Work alongside Procurement and Purchasing teams to ensure order accuracy and flow.

• Track fulfillment KPIs, including turnaround time, accuracy rate, and on-time readiness for installation.

• Identify and relay process inefficiencies or recurring challenges to leadership.

• Assist in the implementation of best practices and updates to standard operating procedures to enhance speed, accuracy, and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, order fulfillment, installation coordination, or comparable supply chain roles.

• Experience in the trade or construction industry is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of garage door components, configurations, and associated hardware is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems; experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.

• Competency in Excel and data management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal coordination and vendor interactions.

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

• Ability to fulfill same-day or next-day turnaround expectations.

• Must reside in one of the designated states for payroll purposes: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
