This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• This role necessitates the capability to engage in meaningful conversations and deliver exceptional customer service to donors on the NMDP registry who are being requested to assist in saving a patient's life.
• The position requires the application of investigative skills, utilizing information from NMDP systems to identify and reach out to donors.
• Key responsibilities include reaching out to donors, performing health screenings, coordinating blood donation processes, ensuring confidentiality, and working collaboratively with various teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field in Health Care is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience demonstrating effective communication skills with individuals or coaching individuals on behavior modification is required.
• Basic proficiency in word processing and data entry is essential.
• Familiarity with MS Office, including foundational skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications, is necessary.
• Ability to proficiently utilize computer skills while simultaneously engaging with customers is required.
• Advanced research capabilities on the internet, including knowledge of social media platforms, are expected.
