Donor Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with donors to enhance mission effectiveness

• Work in partnership with market leadership to implement event strategies

• Manage a donor portfolio and ensure the accuracy of data

• Oversee event teams and secure DIY fundraising events

• Offer stewardship opportunities for donors throughout the year

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated capability to plan and execute successful events

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
