This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and sustain the “single source of truth” for marketing performance across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and additional channels.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators including ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, and cohort performance.
• Perform in-depth analyses to address vital business inquiries (e.g., effectiveness of creative content, channel efficiency, and customer quality).
• Collaborate with marketing and media buying teams to enhance attribution clarity and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Utilize Domo (Magic ETL, Beast Mode, SQL) to cleanse, transform, and model data sourced from Shopify, Klaviyo, and AWS.
• Create and design executive-level dashboards that are user-friendly, actionable, and optimized for mobile use.
• Generate calculated fields and business logic for e-commerce metrics (e.g., contribution margin, blended CAC, MER).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting frameworks.
• Serve as a liaison between data engineering and business teams, converting requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Specify requirements for new data pipelines and integrations in collaboration with engineering partners.
• Empower stakeholders by training teams on Domo functionalities, alerts, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Marketing Analytics, preferably in DTC or e-commerce sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, CTR, conversion rate).
• Practical experience with paid media data (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Proficiency in Domo (Magic ETL, Beast Mode, dashboard creation); certification is advantageous.
• Strong SQL capabilities (joins, window functions, data transformation).
• Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, and/or data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work across different functions.
