This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Deliver technical expertise and support during customers' network security and zero trust initiatives.
• Work in partnership with sales teams to propose and develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Represent our expertise to customers across all levels of their organizational hierarchy.
• Lead and facilitate customer demonstrations that highlight our distinctive value proposition.
• Oversee Technical Validation projects for potential customers and partners.
• Design solutions that assist customers in enhancing and streamlining their security posture.
• Create documentation for high-level designs and critical use cases.
• Background in pre-sales/sales engineering related to Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security, or SSE/SASE.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities with customers.
• Proven experience in engaging with customers, displaying problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP, and BYOD Solutions.
• In-depth understanding of both On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies.
• Proficiency in both German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
